Panorama of Entrepreneurship

In cooperation with a series of stakeholder organisations, the Centre of Entrepreneurial Development and Research – CEDAR of UCLAN Cyprus, successfully organised the ‘Panorama of Entrepreneurship Support Schemes’. This event took place on Thursday 31st of January, 2013 and attracted more than 150 delegates from a range of groups, including youth, enterprising students, MBAs, Alumni, young professionals, business owners, and social enterprises.

The forum showcased programmes and initiatives in operation in Cyprus and beyond, geared to support aspiring entrepreneurs.

During this forum CEDAR launched the Cyprus Business Idea Competition 2013 which is a joint initiative involving:

• Larnaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry,

• Famagusta Chamber of Commerce and Industry,

• Junior Chamber International Cyprus • Anaptixiaki Larnakos – ANETEL,

• Womens’ Coop Bank,

• Cyprus Federation of Business and Professional Women,

• Cyprus Network of Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors,

• National Federation of Cypriots in the UK, EPISTEME.
